Hi. I’m Bret Thorn, host of In the Kitchen with Bret Thorn, a restaurant industry podcast by Nation’s Restaurant News and Restaurant Hospitality.
In the Kitchen with Bret Thorn, a podcast that I debuted in early 2020 and that featured more than 100 food and beverage experts from across the country, has come to an end to make way for a new, peppy podcast that I hope you will enjoy even more.
I’m very excited to announce that I am teaming up with my friend Pat Cobe, senior menu editor of Restaurant Business who, like me, has been covering food & beverage in restaurants for decades, to debut Menu Talk. In this weekly podcast, she and I will discuss the restaurant trends of the day, share our thoughts about them, and introduce you to an ongoing lineup of industry experts.
