Andrew Zimmern, host of travel TV series "Bizarre Foods" and chef, came under scrutiny for comments he made in a recent interview for his new restaurant, Lucky Cricket.

Many in the Asian-American community found his remarks regarding P.F. Chang's and Chinese-American restaurants condescending and indicative of cultural appropriation. The negative responses led Zimmern to post a public apology on Facebook:
