The husband-and-wife culinary team of executive chef Kyle Bailey and pastry chef Tiffany MacIsaac helms the Arsenal, a 200-seat restaurant, while beer director Greg Engert handles the brewing at Bluejacket. The massive 12,000-square-foot space from Neighborhood Restaurant Group capitalizes on the craft beer craze and the cooking of Bailey, in an emerging and historic area just blocks from Nationals Park, home of DC’s baseball team.
