Antoni Porowski from the Netflix reality TV series “Queer Eye” partnered with restaurateurs Eric Marx and Lisle Richards of New York City-based hospitality group The Metric to reopen Village Den in Manhattan on Oct. 1. The previous iteration of the restaurant, a West Village diner, had closed in May after 36 years of business.

The trio has breathed new life into the space, reimagining it as an all-day, fast-casual concept with counter service and a health-focused menu for mindful eaters. Take a look inside the new Village Den.
