Ingredients & Directions

Icelandic® 0.6 oz Yuengling® Lager Popcorn Fish (10026004)
Lettuce mix (romaine & green leaf), torn
Fresh baby spinach leaves
Radicchio, chopped
Radishes, sliced
Red onion, sliced thinly into rings
Cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
Yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
Honey Mustard or Ranch salad dressings

• Mix lettuce, spinach, radicchio, radishes, red onion, tomatoes and bell pepper in a large bowl.
• Bake Yuengling® Lager Popcorn Fish in preheated conventional oven at 425° for 8 to10 minutes or, bake at 400° in a convention oven for 7 to 9 minutes.
• To serve, divide the salad mix onto four plates. Top each salad with five Yuengling® Lager Popcorn Fish portions and serve with your choice of Honey Mustard or Ranch salad dressing.
