Pink Cookie Cupcakes


This luscious chocolate cookie cupcake with pink color coated candies supports Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October. Two Sweet Discovery® Pink Cookie dough nuggets are baked in a muffin cup, iced with white frosting, and topped with festive pink candy sprinkles.

Ingredients & Directions

 

Step 1
  • Thaw twenty-four 1.33-oz. Sweet Discovery Pink Cookie 20# (58815) frozen dough nuggets. Press two nuggets together and roll them in your hands to form into a ball.

Step 2
  • Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick spray.

Step 3
  • Place the balls of dough in the muffin cups and bake in a 300°F convection oven until the “muffins” are firm on the top and the sides of the muffins have started to pull away from the muffin pan (20-25 minutes).

Step 4
  • Cool completely and remove from muffin pan.

Step 5
  • Spread 2 tbsp. white frosting on top of each muffin.

Step 6
  • Sprinkle each with 1 tsp. of pink confetti candy sprinkles.
