Ingredients & Directions

1/2 C.
1 tsp.

Icing
2 C.
2 Tbsp.
1 tsp.

Bridgford Frozen Parkerhouse Rolls Dough (1 oz.)
Melted butter
Granulated sugar
Cinnamon


Powdered sugar icing
Milk
Vanilla extract


  • Cut each roll in half. Shape each piece into ball. Set aside. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Coat each ball with butter and roll in sugar mixture.
  • Place 3 dough pieces with melted butter and roll in sugar mixture. Place 3 dough balls in each cavity of lightly greased muffin pan. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 325° in convection oven 12- 15 minutes. Remove from pan to cool on wire rack. Drizzle with icing if desired.
