tperrys.jpegThe 16-unit P. Terry’s Burger Stand based in Austin, Texas, has named  Millicent ‘Milli’ Hawkins to the role of chief financial officer, the company said Monday.

The chain’s first CFO, Hawkins joins the company after five years with the fashion lifestyle brand Kendra Scott, where she served as director of financial planning and analytics; vice president of finance; and vice president of change management.

Prior to Kendra Scott, Hawkins was chief financial officer for Triple Tap Ventures LLC, and senior director of finance and purchasing for Lone Star Steakhouse.

“As P. Terry’s prepares for accelerated growth, I’m excited about the leadership qualities Milli will bring to the team,” said Todd Coerver, P. Terry’s CEO. “Her foodservice background, her experiences with growth brands and her passion for protecting and preserving culture makes her a very good fit for our company and the road ahead.”

Founded in 2005, the family-owned P. Terry’s is known for serving all-natural burgers made with never-frozen Black Angus beef, and from-scratch cooking.
