So, what do you do? Well, consider attending Restaurant Hospitality’s Concepts of Tomorrow Conference. We’ve assembled some of the best minds in the business to discuss strategies and offer advice on how to best survive and thrive during these tough times. We’re going to be in San Francisco Sept. 13-15.
You’re probably thinking you can’t afford the time or energy to leave our restaurant. Well, you can’t afford not to get off your butt and make things happen. You can’t afford to not to see Dennis Lombardi discuss key moves you should make next to build profits. You can’t afford not to hear Bill Main explain how you can raise prices and create a more profitable menu. And, if you’re just plum tuckered out, you can’t afford not to hear Robert Hill explain what you need to do now to sell your concept down the road.
