Reno Provisions is the latest project from Mark Estee, a Boston kid who opened his first restaurant when he moved to Lake Tahoe, NV, in 1996. Today, he's owns or operations eight locations, and Provisions serves as his centralized test kitchen. At 15,000 square feet and a construction cost of nearly $2 million, Provisions is many things—a bar, a cafeteria, deli, grocery store, bakery, pasta shop and a butcher shop.
