Protein Bar & Kitchen is redesigning its restaurants to focus on enhancing the customer experience through new digital menu boards, an open design and more efficient mobile ordering.

The 19-unit chain, which promises at least 15 grams of protein per meal, has also added riced cauliflower as a second base ingredient. The low-carb option was introduced due to demand for an alternative to the standard quinoa in the chain’s bowls and “bar-ritos.”

Chicago-based Protein Bar & Kitchen operates locations in Illinois, Colorado, and Washington, D.C.

Take a closer look inside the chain’s revamped restaurants.
