Fox’s new Doughbird gives wings to pizza, rotisserie

Fox Restaurant Concepts LLC, creator of such growing brands as Flower Child, True Food Kitchen and North, this week pulled the wraps off its latest concept, Doughbird Pizza & Rotisserie. Based in Fox’s headquarters city of Phoenix, Ariz., the brand will offer a more indulgent version of some its fast-casual concepts.
