INGREDIENTS:1 qt. Land O’ Lakes® Alfredo Sauce
1 lb. Land O’ Lakes® White Extra Melt® Cheese, shredded
1/3 cup medium or mild canned green chiles, chopped
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1/3 cup red bell pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp. fresh jalapeños, chopped*
1 cup tequila
2 tsp. garlic, chopped
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
as needed, cilantro, chopped
as needed, tortilla chips DIRECTIONS:Combine all ingredients (except cilantro and tortilla chips) in large saucepan. Heat until cheese is melted. Hold warm. For each portion, spoon 1 cup into ramekin. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips. *Amount can be adjusted to desired heat.
