INGREDIENTS:1 green pepper, julienne 1 red pepper, julienne 4 scallions, bias cut 1 tsp. RC Roasted Garlic Base 6-8 drops RC Cilantro Extract 1 tsp. RC Roasted Southwestern Vegetable Base 8 wonton wrappers 3 lbs. cooked, smoked turkey, julienne 8 oz. jalapeno jack cheese, shredded DIRECTIONS:Combine vegetables, RC Roasted Garlic Base, RC Cilantro Extract, and RC Roasted Southwestern Vegetable Base. Toss well. Lay the wrappers out on a clean, flat work surface. Evenly distribute the seasoned vegetable mixture in the center of the wrappers. Add julienne turkey and shredded cheese. Lightly wet the corners of the wrappers. Fold sides toward the center and roll away from you, being sure to get a tight seal. Fry.
