INGREDIENTS:1 6-inch prebaked pizza crust (such as Boboli)
¼ cup canned, diced tomatoes
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded romaine lettuce
¼ cup whole ripe olives, sliced thin
10 whole pitted black olives
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. Italian dressingDIRECTIONS:Preheat oven to 350F. Place Boboli pizza crust on a sheet pan and scatter tomatoes across the crust. Top with canned tomatoes, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.

Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and set aside.

Toss together in medium bowl the lettuce, ripe tomatoes, olives and cheese with the Italian dressing and place on top of the warm pizza crust. Cut into wedges and serve with bunches of grapes.SERVINGS:1 servingFrom:Disney Institute Culinary Programming Chefs
