INGREDIENTS:4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
¼ cup fresh orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. grated ginger root
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ tsp. hot pepper sauce
½ tsp. oregano
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepperDIRECTIONS:1. In a large shallow bowl, mix together orange juice, orange peel, olive oil, lime juice, ginger, garlic, hot pepper sauce and oregano. Add chicken, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator about 3 hours or overnight.
