INGREDIENTS:1-½ gallons mixed greens or arugula, loosely packed
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
2 cups California seedless grapes, halved
1 lb. fete cheese, cut into ½ inch slices
for garnish, additional black pepper and honey

HONEY SAGE DRESSING:
½ cup olive oil
½ cup lemon juice
½ cup honey
2 Tbsp. fresh sage, chopped
2 tsp. black pepperDIRECTIONS:Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, sage and pepper. Toss greens, onions and half of the grapes with dressing. Plate up salad and top each dish with a slice of cheese and the remaining grapes. Garnish with additional pepper and a small drizzle of honey. Serve immediately.SERVINGS:12 servings
