Santa Fe Ice Shrimp Wrap

Ingredients & Directions


5 lb.
2 cups
1 cup
2 Tbsp.
1 Tbsp.

FPI Ice Shrimp
Mayonnaise
Sour cream
Chopped fresh cilantro
Chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of two limes
Pinch of sugar
12” large white flour tortillas
Bermuda onion, julienne
Red, green and yellow peppers, julienne
Romaine lettuce, julienne

  • Rinse shrimp to thaw and drain well, combine with remaining ingredients. Using a single tortilla, place 5 oz. of shrimp salad in center and top with onion, peppers and lettuce. Fold in 1-2” of each end and roll tightly to close. Cut in half for presentation.
