INGREDIENTS:½ cup boneless, skinless chicken breast, grilled, diced
2 Tbsp. Buffalo Blend (recipe follows)
2 flour tortillas, 9-inch
¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. sour cream
¼ avocado, medium, sliced and fanned
1 Tbsp. green onion, chopped for garnish
Buffalo Blend:
1 cup clarified butter
1 ½ cups Frank’s® Original RedHot® Cayenne Pepper Sauce DIRECTIONS:Toss chicken with Buffalo Blend. Sprinkle cheeses evenly on tortilla. Top with chicken. Place remaining tortilla on top of chicken. Place in a 350°F oven for approximately 10 minutes, or grill. Slice into wedges and serve with sour cream and fanned avocado. Garnish with green onion.
Buffalo Blend:
