2 oz. blueberry puree
2 oz. tequila
1.5 oz. orange liqueur
½ oz. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. sugar
as needed for glass rim, coarse salt
as needed for garnish, fresh blueberries
In cocktail shaker, combine blueberry puree, tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, sugar and ice. Shake thoroughly.
Run a cut lime along the serving glass rim; place glass rim in salt. Pour shaker contents into glass. Garnish with fresh blueberries. Serve immediately.
