Flavor of the Week: Kumquat asks diners to pucker up

Move over, oranges: Kumquats are popping up in salads and sauces, and in drinks ranging from cocktails to beers. The tiny, tart citrus fruit packs a pucker punch that is gaining popularity on restaurant menus and with consumers.
