What the Judges Said: “We had no clue that guava puree was a staple in Israel, and we’re not sure how important that point is to sippers. Most know, however, how sweet guava puree can be. Levy manages to tame that sweetness with the lime, cilantro, salt and coffee to create a balanced rum cocktail with character. To you, Ms. Levy, we say mazel tov!”
