What the Judges Said: “As a whole, we’re not big fans of wheat beer, but it’s a perfect vehicle for this berrylicious summer cocktail. Gullo made a smart move by putting this beer cocktail in a snifter, which elevates it to a level that can command a $13 price. He takes it over the top by swirling blueberry puree in the foam. It’s an elegant way to bridge the gap between two worlds.”
